This course will provide an introduction Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for Responsible Person. The course will cover the current EU and UK GDP regulations, transport refrigeration basics, refrigeration unit operation, good loading practices, good hygiene practices, and monitoring and traceability in the cold chain.

Welcome to IFH CORE Level 1 – Programme Induction.

This mandatory induction introduces learners to the IFH CORE (Competency & Operational Readiness Evaluation) programme and the principles of the Universal Training & Competency Management Framework (TCMF).

Learners will understand how competency is evaluated, how assessments and certification operate, their responsibilities within the programme, and how competency is maintained through ongoing training and reassessment.

Successful completion of the course and final assessment confirms completion of IFH CORE Level 1 – Programme Induction. It does not, by itself, authorise an individual to perform specific operational activities. Role-specific competency is established through applicable Level 2 certification programmes.

Course Summary

Welcome to IFH CORE – Pharmaceutical Packaging.

This programme has been developed to assess the competency of personnel responsible for pharmaceutical packaging operations within IFH.

Throughout this programme, participants will complete a series of learning modules covering approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation used during pharmaceutical packaging activities.

Each module includes:

Employees who successfully complete all mandatory modules and assessments will be recognised as:

IFH CORE Certified – Pharmaceutical Packaging

This certification is awarded in accordance with IFH's Training & Competency Management Framework (TCMF).

NOVERA Workplace Conduct & Professional Standards

This course provides all NOVERA personnel with the mandatory workplace standards expected when working within the Company.

It explains the Company's requirements relating to professional conduct, attendance, workplace behaviour, information security, dress standards, hygiene, housekeeping, visitor management, restricted areas, CCTV monitoring and disciplinary expectations.

Successful completion of this course confirms that the learner understands the requirements of:
